Beryllium Bronze Series - Product overview
Beryllium bronze is a precipitation hardening alloy. Beryllium bronze is the only non-ferrous alloy with good combination of mechanical properties, physical properties, chemical properties and corrosion resistance. After solution and aging heat treatment, it has the same high strength limit, elastic limit, yield limit and fatigue limit as special steel. At the same time, it has high electrical conductivity, thermal conductivity, high hardness and wear resistance, high creep resistance and corrosion resistance, and it also has good casting performance, non-magnetic and no spark during impact. Therefore, it is widely used in mold manufacturing, electronic and electrical appliances, communication instruments, aerospace, petrochemical, metallurgical and mining, automobile and household appliances, machinery manufacturing and other fields.
